Hello everyone😇, welcome to my blog. My name is Kingsley Oluwole Kikiowo, you can simply call me Kiki and I will like to tell you a story.
I found relating things happening around me to law cases. From relating the principle of offer and acceptance as held in Orient Bank vs Bilante Intl to the food sellers at Independence Hall, University of Ibadan when I am about to get a meal, to other numerous law principles I have related to situations when talking to my colleagues, which of course they tagged as ‘Kiki you too dy spread😃’, one thing stood out – this thing comes to me naturally with ease.
Furthermore, I believe I explained things to people in a seemingly comprehensible way. This belief has consistently been affirmed when I received comments anytime I take my classmates or junior colleague tutorials. With these two potent weapons – ability to teach comprehensibly and law application to everyday life situations – The Legal Standpoint came into fruition.
The Legal Standpoint uaims at improving legal scholarship and promoting legal literature through the weekly publication of a law case, principle got from that case, and a commentary. The mission is to equip our targeted audience with the basic knowledge of law, their constitutional rights, duties, and obligations in law. Our targeted audience is primarily Law and Non-Law Nigerian students, Lawyers, and every other person interested in legal studies.
In LSP, every blog post is relatable, written in a simple language, and spiced up with little humour to ensure that every reader finds the content useful. It is expected that just like the biblical mustard seed, this blog will grow in leaps and bounds. Thank you and welcome.
Love and Light✨
